Purchasing my home was one of (if not) the largest purchases in my life. That being said, I need to ensure that what I am buying, and will be financing(for the next 30 years) is the best value for the money. This is a daunting task, as there is only such much I know about looking for a home, and this purchase has demonstrated how little I knew about picking that dream home. I firmly believe in the importance of not only having a realtor but having a GOOD realtor by your side. I was recommended to Ben by a friend, after being frustrated working with some other agents. I can tell you it’s night and day: where I’d just get my concerns brushed off by the previous agents I’ve worked with, Ben laid everything out in a clear concise manner, answering everything I asked, and going beyond by explaining things I would never have thought of, such as things that could eventually affect resale value. He even suggested against choosing a home due to major flaws that I didn’t know were that bad, where other agents would have not mentioned in order to make a quicker sale.
