Co-Founder of Forward Group

David is the Co-founder of Forward Group. He brings a deep passion and well-rounded background in real estate to his role to Forward Group. David studied at UBC’s Sauder School of Business where he graduated with a Commerce degree specializing in real estate. At Sauder, David founded the Vancouver Housing Market Club and served as its founding President. The Vancouver Housing market Club works with leaders from the real estate industry and academia to educate students about real estate investing, financing and owning their first home.

He has has extensive experience in various areas of the real estate industry. He worked in real estate investment and financing for a private family office, was on the real estate development team for a boutique Vancouver-based multifamily developer and served as a property manager for a reputable property management company where he helped to oversee renovations and other capital projects. David has also worked in commercial and residential mortgage loans. His knowledge in so many areas of real estate gives his clients an edge over other realtors. Outside of work, David is a cycling enthusiast and enjoys international travel.
